I had occasion to watch an interview with Dr. Stephen Meyer, philosopher of Science and Director of the Center for Science and Culture at the Discovery Institute in Seattle, on a recent Dr. John Ankerberg show, in which Dr. Meyer presents the four great discoveries of modern science that “prove” God exists. I may quibble with the use of the word prove, but these four discoveries in the last century strongly refute belief in the atheist philosophies of materialism and naturalism. They provide further support for theism – belief in the transcendent God of the Bible who created and designed the universe.
